Born in Tokyo in 1956. Graduated from the Department of Visual Communication Design, Faculty of Art and Design, Musashino Art University. After working for many years as art director at a promotion company specializing in the floriculture industry, he went independent in 2000 and is currently working as a book designer and cat painter. His best-known work is the "BOTANICAL FANTASY" series, detailed watercolors that feature cat fairies among botanical drawings. In addition to watercolors, he also works on glass paintings and etchings.
His published works include "The Book of Flower Gifts," "The Flower Language of Love," "Email Greetings," "Anniversary Wreaths," "BOTANICAL FANTASY," and "FAIRY CATS: Fairy Cats - From A to Z."
